Using the Newspaper Archive I have been exploring more about the life of Devoran through its Devoran Village Hall, formerly a railway engine workshop for the early Devoran minerals railway or tramway, the Redruth and Chasewater Railway (1824-c.1915). After fundraising and rebuilding, the Devoran Village Hall opened in late April 1924.
Posts will be added to each section over time.
